Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through https://hearble-uk.com (the “Site”) are processed, dispatched and delivered by BAPTISTES CORPORATION (“Hearble”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Delivery Regions

We deliver to residential and business addresses throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, subject to carrier availability.

Delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, British Overseas Territories or destinations outside the United Kingdom is available only where expressly offered during checkout.

If your destination is not available during checkout, please contact us at support@hearble-uk.com before placing an order.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United Kingdom, unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed during checkout.

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) before you confirm the order.

We do not currently guarantee an express or priority delivery service unless such an option is expressly displayed and available during checkout.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within one to three (1–3) business days after payment has been successfully authorised.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing may take longer where:

  • The delivery or payment information requires verification
  • The order is placed during a high-demand or promotional period
  • The product is temporarily unavailable
  • There is a suspected payment or fraud issue

If we cannot dispatch an order within the expected period, we will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, standard delivery within the United Kingdom normally takes three to seven (3–7) business days.

The estimated total time between order confirmation and delivery is therefore approximately four to ten (4–10) business days, including processing and dispatch.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote locations may require additional time depending on carrier availability and local delivery conditions.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, transport disruption, customs checks or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery date.

However, these estimates do not remove your statutory rights. Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

5. Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation email. Where tracking is available, this email will include a tracking number or link.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to become active on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation after the stated processing period, please contact support@hearble-uk.com and provide your order number.

6. Delivery Address

You are responsible for checking that your name, delivery address, postcode, email address and telephone number are accurate before confirming the order.

If you identify an error before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@hearble-uk.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after processing has begun.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it or modify the delivery address.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to the sender or fulfilment facility.

Where the delivery failure was caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, we may ask the customer to pay the reasonable direct cost of redelivery. Any such cost will be communicated before the parcel is dispatched again.

This does not apply where the delivery failure was caused by us or by a carrier acting on our behalf.

8. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

If you independently arrange delivery through a carrier that was not offered by us, responsibility may transfer when the goods are handed to that carrier, as permitted by applicable law.

A parcel will not be treated as successfully delivered solely because carrier tracking shows “delivered” where there is credible evidence that the customer did not receive it.

9. Missed Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may:

  • Attempt delivery again
  • Leave the parcel in a safe place where authorised
  • Deliver it to a neighbour or collection point where permitted
  • Provide instructions for arranging redelivery or collection

You are responsible for following reasonable collection or redelivery instructions issued by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected within the carrier’s stated period, please contact customer service. Reasonable redelivery costs may apply where the failed delivery was not caused by us or the carrier.

10. Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please:

  • Check the tracking information
  • Check whether the carrier left a delivery notice
  • Check any authorised safe place, reception area or collection point
  • Contact us at support@hearble-uk.com with your order number

We will investigate the matter with the carrier. You will not be required to resolve a loss claim directly with a carrier acting on our behalf.

If the parcel is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered within the legally required period, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

11. Parcels Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@hearble-uk.com.

We may ask you to confirm:

  • The delivery address
  • Whether another member of the household or business accepted the parcel
  • Whether the parcel was left in an authorised safe place
  • Whether the carrier supplied a photograph or delivery confirmation

We will review the available evidence and contact the carrier where necessary. We will not automatically reject a claim solely because the tracking system displays a delivered status.

12. Damaged Parcels or Products

If a parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact support@hearble-uk.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photographs of the outer parcel
  • Photographs of the internal packaging and affected product
  • A photograph of the shipping label where reasonably possible

Do not dispose of the product or packaging until customer service has confirmed whether they are required for inspection or return.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

13. Customs, Import Taxes and Additional Charges

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be fulfilled from facilities located inside or outside the United Kingdom.

The total price and all mandatory charges known to us will be displayed before you confirm the order.

If import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be collected separately upon delivery, this must be clearly disclosed before the order is placed. You will not be responsible for additional mandatory charges that we were legally required to disclose but failed to disclose before the contract was concluded.

14. Delivery Delays and Cancellation Rights

If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed delivery date or, where no date was agreed, beyond 30 days after the contract was concluded, you may require us to deliver within an additional reasonable period.

If we fail to deliver within that additional period, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.

You may be entitled to cancel immediately where:

  • We have refused to deliver
  • Delivery by the agreed date was essential and this was made clear before the contract was concluded
  • We stated that delivery by the essential date was possible but failed to deliver by that date

15. Returns

This Shipping Policy does not govern change-of-mind returns or returns of faulty goods. These matters are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Please contact customer service before returning a product so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
